Paul is a Director of Sheffield Eagles Rugby League Club, a position he was offered after he had spent a season with the first team delivering his unique and very successful Team/Team motivational series. 4 years later he continues to work with the first team and the clubs 4 academy teams in their quest of bringing Super League Rugby to Sheffield and South Yorkshire.
* As well as working with the teams collectively, Paul works with many of the academy and first team players on an individual basis, helping them via the 1-2-1 environment to improve their feelings of low self esteem, lack of belief and their low levels of confidence.
